Buy from a seller without arranging a stranger meetup. GameHub takes custody before sale, collects payment and delivers the item. Your approval authorizes GameHub to arrange the seller payment separately.
1. A real seller. An item in our custody.
Seller listings show a public seller name and city/state. GameHub records pickup and intake checks before publication. Read the listing’s inspection notes, condition and included items; a custody check is not a blanket warranty.
2. Pay and receive your gear
Pay through GameHub. Full online payment includes 5% off the product subtotal and free shipping. COD requires prepaid shipping: Economy ₹199 (estimated 15–20 days) or Priority ₹399 (estimated within 7 days), with the product balance payable at delivery.
3. Your 72-hour inspection window
The window starts when delivery is recorded. Check every item, its identity, condition and accessories. Give the green light from your order page to authorize seller payout. If you report a problem instead, payouts for the entire order are frozen for investigation.
4. Red light? We investigate
Describe the affected item and problem on your order page. GameHub contacts you for supporting evidence and investigates. An approved return is inspected at your location before pickup. Identity, serial number, condition and accessories are checked against intake records. A failed check returns the case to investigation.
5. Pickup first. Refund next.
After a successful on-site check, GameHub arranges collection and verifies the pickup receipt. The buyer refund follows verified pickup. Online refunds are confirmed with the payment provider; a COD product-balance refund is recorded separately from its prepaid shipping refund. Processing times depend on the provider and bank.
No platform fees
Neither buyers nor sellers pay a platform commission, investigation fee or additional return service charge. The agreed item price is the seller payout amount. Existing COD delivery charges still apply. GameHub covers its buyer discount and provider costs.
If the window expires
Silence does not automatically release a seller payout. Contact GameHub for manual review. A documented investigation can resolve the case for the buyer or seller; payout remains blocked until the resolution is recorded. Buyer approval applies to all items in the order.
Found an ad on OLX or elsewhere?
Ask the seller to submit the item to GameHub, then share the published GameHub listing link. No payment protection applies to money paid outside GameHub. We are independent of OLX and other classified services.
